Equitector boots
As someone who really suffers during the winter months with cold feet, the Equitector boots come very highly recommended!
These do keep your feet warm while out riding in the cold weather, and have the added bonus of the Easy balance system which ensures that your heel is in the correct place.
I can't vouch for the claims about keeping feet cool in summer though
